Vacation & After School Care

King’s Christian Centre operates an exciting After School Care and Vacation Care program for 10-15 year olds. With our fully qualified staff, we aim to provide a safe, supervised environment catering to the needs and interests of each child, all within the context of a caring Christian environment.

We are registered with the NCAC (National Childcare Accreditation Council) and are a member of QCAM (Queensland Children’s Activities Network). Government fee relief is available through the childcare benefit scheme with both programs.

After School Care operates from 3pm - 6pm and provides a great social environment for your child to make new friends. As well as providing afternoon tea, we also offer a relaxed atmosphere with homework and lounge areas, cable TV, Nintendo and Playstations. For those more energetic, we also have a pool table, table tennis and mini golf.

Vacation Care is a fun-filled holiday program, which starts at 7.30am and finishes 6pm, Monday to Friday. It includes a variety of activities and excursions such as glow bowling, Funtasia, movies & Maccas, Wet ‘n’ Wild, laser wars … and much more. All these activities, along with morning and afternoon tea, are included in the daily fee.
